We are getting daily (sometimes several times a day) phone calls and "collections" letters. They claim we agreed via a telemarketing phone call on Nov 12 at 12:12pm. There is no way, as we both are at work at that time.



We have told them several times that we are not interested in their business and to remove us from any further marketing.



Their tactics are now turning ugly and rude.



Now they call several times a night and send threatening "collections" letters. They don't even have my husband's first name - don't see how they can "report us" to a collections agency.



All we want is for them to leave us alone. They won't do it.
