Terrible customer service. Shirts were not ready when promised. Told to pick up 3/10/15 actually ready 3/13/15; still had to wait 2hrs on 3/13/15. Wrong sizes and missing some shirts. Our family ordered 39 shirts. Tried to contact owner numerous time and did not get an answer. I received one call after calling from someone else phone; go figures. The rest of the communication was via text. Very unprofessional and bad business practice. Missing shirts: He claimed the shirts were verified by 3 people that work for him. Not the consumer. (My family fault) I except that responsibility. However, We were missing 6 shirts and did not receive the sizes we asked for. We made do of the situation for the event but a family were missing their shirts that were paid for in advance in cash ($500). Another problem: wrong baby sizes; we asked for 2-18months baby onesies and got 3-6months. So the owner told me that he could come in on Saturday and print the missing t-shirts if we pay half for the 6 missing. We agreed only because we did not count the shirts ourselves. We trusted that business for this small order.. Once he made it to his shop, he realized he didn't have any printing material to complete what he promised again. The event was Saturday so 6 of my family members could not get shirts that were paid for in advance and promised yet again by the owner. Now, we have to pick up the 6 shirts today 3/16/15 and pay an additional $30. Bad business all around. As an owner you should hire qualified people (not your family) and know your inventory before you make promises to consumers. You should have an accessible person to resolve issues quickly. Have a result or solution ready. Mistakes happen, be ready to resolve them.
