Provided by YPmobileI think Daniel Motor is a rip off. I paid a thousand dollar down on a 12 year old car only to have it break down on me 3weeks later. I sign a as is warrant which stop me from getting my money back after returning their lemon.But what top things off is they sued me for $3990 for a car i only had a month plus it shows up on my credit report.Come to find out they have done plenty other black people the exact same way. Don't buy here!
Angie, I hate to hear you had issues with your vehicle. I tried to look up your account but could not find an account with that name. I was curious as to when you purchased the vehicle. In June of 2014 we began including a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty with every vehicle that we finance. We understand we sell used cars and that sometimes our used cars will have problems. This is why we include a 12 month warranty with every single vehicle that we finance as well as free oil changes for the life of the contract and free loaner cars while we are performing the warranty repairs. We always try to do our best to work with our customers to make sure their vehicle is running properly . Provided by YPmobileI Purchased a car from daniel motors in march 2014 A 2006 ford Taurus ...After 2 days of having it the car wouldn't stop idling to 4 WHILE in park...So I took it back he supposedly fix the issue but nothing was really done ....weeks later My Transmission goes out Took it to a specialist it needs to be rebuilt I Called Daniel Motor and said I don't want the car Im not paying 2800 for a transmission and the car was in a wreck prior to. e buying first of all a good place of business would never put you in a lemon they will do their vest to make sure every thing is fixed and A ok before putting it out on the lot save your money and take it to a dealer ship DONT TRUST DANIEL MOTOR COMPANY
Sandra, There are no records of someone with this name purchasing a vehicle from us. Based off of this story I am going to guess that this is actually Chandra. There is not a whole lot i can say about this situation except that we checked the vehicle out multiple times and had several other shops check the vehicle out and there was never an issue found. Even after the vehicle was returned (it was driven to us) we never found any idling or transmission issues. We do our best to work any situation out with our customers that we can. After this taurus was returned it was actually resold after we checked it out yet again. The customer has been pleased with the vehicle and again never had any of these described issues.
