Several jobs done GREAT! The last job cost me a bunch of money and made my situation worse. The issue got resolved, but I hate I can't use them again. Until they take the focus off of replacing everything in your house, they will never be most people go to company. Money is hard to come by, people want their stuff repaired NOT replaced.

Service was prompt and efficient. All techs were very courteous and handled additional problems quickly.

I was very pleased when they told me they could work me in the same day I called. Tony Brooks was the technician they sent out and I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant he was. If I need there services in the future I hope Mr. Brooks answers the call.

I have always gotten great service from Dixie Electric. Tony B. was very professional and helpful. I feel very secure with the work he performed. If I could request a service person for future electrical work, I would request Tony B.

We needed to have a kitchen fixture repaired. Gary was on time, and done in short order. He was very professional and friendly. Gary has been to our home before and is always welcome.

My electrical issues seem to choose Friday nights or the weekends to occur! Dixie responded to both my after-hour electrical "emergencies" promptly and Tony assessed the situation quickly and professionally. On a separate visit to install a new exhaust motor, Tony found a circuit breaker that was installed improperly, saving me a lot of potential problems. I will call them again if Ihave an electrical problem or need.

Clif came out and was very professional and nice. He told me exactly what he was going to do and even offered some advice for another project I was about to start on.
