Actually they should get no stars, most unprofessional place I ever been, went thru the drive thru yesterday, no one was even in the store , I was the only customer and now I see why. Tried to order my food, the young demon that was taking the order must having been doing something else instead of her job, because she ask me three times for my order. I then asked her did I need to come in and order because it seems like she is having problem with getting it right. Then she had the nerve to call me a Bitch and told me to come in, well she did not realize the person on the other in. When I got around there the manager had removed her from the window instead of firing her on the spot for cursing at a customer because she could not get the order right. She was still running that trashy mouth when I was trying to speak to the manager about what just occurred. So I told that heffer to bring 7.25 an hour ass outside, along with some other choice words. The manager closed the window and so I did not get anything and she never came out. I hope the both get fired. They running Hardee's just like they are in the projects. And yes it got reported. This store does not make any money anyway, I am looking fowarded to it being the one close in a year!
