Established in 1977, the Church of the Holy Spirit is a Catholic parish, which holds faith formation classes for children and adults. Based in Montgomery, Ala., the church conducts traditional Catholic prayers, mass, baptism, marriage and reconciliation/confession. It manages a library with special sections for religious educators, children and teenagers. Volunteers from the parish undertake maintenance of the library. The Church of the Holy Spirit also conducts prayers in foreign languages, such as Spanish and Korean. It has also established various committees/groups, including the Pastoral Council, a Men's Club, the Finance Council and the Knights of Columbus.
