Horrible experience!!!!!! I picked 1 star because I couldn't go any lower.

I will start with the cons which outweigh the pros........

1)Car was always getting broken into in the parking lot. I never experienced a robbery until I moved here. Management will tell you different (sycamore properties). If you don't believe me check with local police department. Police frequent this area as well a ambulance sirens. We have thugs living next door. Who always seem to be home during work hours.

2)Rent is expensive for the area and goes up every year between 15-20 dollars.

3) A/C units are extremely old and don't cold in the summer time. Be prepared for a BIG bill and still can't get the crap apt temp below 78 degrees. Staff says, they add refrigerant but doesn't seem to help. We bought a fan to help cool the room.

4) Roach and mice infestation. Yes, I said roaches and mice. I've had to purchase roach traps and sticky pads. They leave fecal matter everywhere around the kitchen and floors. Mice run after the roaches and the roach must run after the ants to food. I have not seen the ants yet but I'm sure there here. Despite traps and preventative maintenance they same to over run the crap whole complex.

5) The exterior is poorly maintained, no flower gardens, trash in the parking lot, which is the least of my problems especially having to put up with so much stress.





ONLY pros of this place are 1) the 1BR apartment is spacious for you and your furry and insect friends.
