I would just like to say that I call 2 time and on the second time I had an appointment the same day. My sons B-day cake is on order now and I can't wait to see it. The cake designer was so kind and sweet to my 4 year old. She sat down with him and the both of the together came up with a design. She listended to everything he wanted. His party is this weekend. So I will have to get back to you on how it taste. I would just like to say Thank You so much For what for being so caring to our son. That meant alot to me and my Husband.

I would love to say nice things about this company, but I can not get in touch with them. They have an answering service that answers all their calls and relays them to the owner, so I am told. I am also told that clients are seen by appointment only! I left 2 messages with this answering service and now 6 days later I have still not been contacted. For customers who are interested in a personal touch of those actually interested in doing business with you, do not call Icing Illusions aka Icing by Claire unless you have endless amounts of time and patience.
