HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN EVERY WAY!!



Very beautiful - Classy unique buildings (my favorite was Charleston style w balconys and central courtyard with fountain). Highest quality office furniture and large variety of suite configs. Lots of free extras. Very proud to have visitors come in the gorgeous lobby - granite floors and cool virtual receptionist! Park Place is nothing like the other "executive suite" buildings with long hallways of doors.



at least one of the owners is on the property at all times and never hesitated to unplug a toilet if needed. Also have their own phone system and internet so you can forget about AT&T or Charter.



Best of all, it's located very close to I-85 and Eastchase business areas -- off by itself surrounded by fine residential areas including Wynlakes - and Dean Fain park - so quiet and peaceful.



other tenants were very nice and seemed completely happy there. I postponed retiring a year just so could go to work there.
