After 14 months of fighting tooth and nail to get this company to resolve issues, I should not be so amazed at the utter lack of compassion shown to a dozen families who reside at Creekside Villas that have lost everything in the wake of the April 29th flood. While other property managers in the area were on-hand to provide support and assistance to their residents, Partners Realty has remained hands-off and completely out of touch. Their only concern was to get residents to sign an agreement releasing them from any liability. When they finally sent someone from Montgomery FOUR days AFTER the storm, they did so with the sole purpose of telling everyone to get out. They could not have sent a more insensitive person to do the job. Graham acted as though he would rather be sitting through a root canal than be there dealing with us. I could not in good faith ever recommend Partners Realty to anyone looking to rent residential or commercial space, nor would I suggest anyone use this company to manage their property UNLESS of course they do not care about the condition or value of the property.
