My overall experience was not bad. The employees were very pleasant and patient when making our orders despite the fact we (my colleagues and I) had to be complicated. We could tell they were still getting used to the stations, and they seemed unsure and as a result a little slow. The middle of my pizza was a bit soggy and soupy as was the same for the other two people I was with. The flavor, however, was very good. I know now I just need to ask to have mine cooked a little longer. The ventilation in the restaurant was nonexistent, not that it was hot inside, but the smoke from the oven filled the location and it seemed odd that it did not have any proper form of exhaust. I think I will be waiting a little while before trying them again so they can get the kinks worked out. They have great potential to be very good and something new and exciting to the area.
