Do not do business with the "agents" at this location. I was assigned an agent from this agent and it was a nightmare. Will not answer phone and always goes to voicemail. Had to learn my vehicle was totaled online. I told him the first time I talked to him the vehicle was paid off. He did not check with the DMV. after they finally came and got vehicle and made their decision two weeks later he tells me there was still a lein on the vehicle in his vehicle. His supervisor made me wait a week to receive a hard copy of the release out of spite. Two online agents had told me a copy would do but Mr. McCandless made me wait for a hard copy. A week later when I went to office the lady made a copy and handed me the hard copy back after he made me wait for it and the bank had faxed him a copy a week earlier. This was horrible experience and will cost Progressive a customer of 19 years.
