I purchased the inside and outside detail pkg. After they were "done" there were still bugs on the windshield and hood, the inside windows weren't done, when I started to go back in, I was told "You ain't gotta go back in there." Obviously they didn't want the manager to know what a poor job they had done. Even after they re-cleaned the windshield and did the inside windows, AFTER I showed them several spots that had not been cleaned, when I got home and had a chance to really look, I realized they had not even TOUCHED the sunroof. I was looking for somewhere that took a little pride in what they do, as I can't detail the car myself. I won't be back here. I am still looking for a "PROFESSIONAL" detailing shop, and am willing to pay for what I get.
