I always go to this business on Sunday because they are usually not busy. When I go on Saturday, they generally are overbooked and have you waiting a long time. Another time I had my nails done by the lady and she is not detailed oriented and painted my nails crooked trying to avoid the cuticles and the outter edges of the nails.



I decided to give them one more try. They get very frustrated when you have glitter polish and, instead of letting the nails soak in the acetone to get the polish off, they want to drill and damage your natural nails to get the polish off. This visit the guy was frustrated and treated my toes like they were non living things he overcut and overfiled the toenails.



The lady polished my nails crooked and refused to put on her glasses and pay attention to detail. If I want my nails done right, I will NOT return to this establishment.



I have to add this because this is the most upsetting:



The action that caused me the greatest concern is this: the man cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding. Instead of stopping immediately and trying to put a bandaid on it to stop the bleeding, he filed the bleeding toe till the point that it was raw. I had to tell them to stop and they continued to treat the toe like it was a doll's toe and not a human toe. The fact that I bled all over their supplies leads me to believe they don't care about that issue. I hope I haven't been exposed to other customers bodily fluids from the utensils.
