Roman C is a crybaby. Someone made a joke about a flea market, therefor you immediately cry racism? But you make an issue out of the owner being Asian...why? Only one who sounds racist here is YOU. Bet you've never experienced actual racism in your life. Bet you cry racism if a fast food worker gets your order wrong too, eh? Grow up. :D



Anyway, Southern Threadworks is OK. Customer service could use maybe a little work in terms of communication, but it's a small business so I doubt they get the training a large company gives their employees. Custom work is always a tricky thing, but the prices are fair.

we've used them previously for school and have had only one issue with them...they weren't willing to tweak a design (it was just a matter of angling a word) because they said "it would take too long, we'd just have to get what we get". we've tired to get more shirts made for almost 4 days now. we get told that they'll call us back...which never happened...and when we asked to have a design emailed to us for approval they never did. it finally took someone going in there for them to tell us they didn't have anything on file for what we wanted and that they couldn't do the shirts for us in time. yet 4 days prior we were told it was no problem.

I was at Southern Threadwork in Montgomery, AL.today, I have ordered many mass production shirts personally and for many organizations from her in the past. I asked the Asian worker/owner how much an item costs and she replied to me, this is not the flea market....and laughed with her caucausian employee. Needless to say, I thought it was a racist comment,I will not patronize their business anymore, and I implore people toI was at Southern Threadwork in Montgomery, AL. I have ordered many mass production shirts from her in the past. I implore people to please know who you support in business because this is unethical, racist, and not the way to conduct business.

This company has incompetent and rude business practices. The employees shirk their responsibilities and the owner is never available to discuss issues. They produce sub-par work and don't follow through on customer requests.
