They insist on inspecting your home for termites in the winter months; when they won't find any-so they won't have to provide service on the repair/replacement bond you have so diligently been paying for years. Their service techs are in constant flux with rapid turnover which must reflect their unhappiness working for this company. They send out erroneous emails stating your home was not accessible for service, when you have an invoice in hand for said service and you walked around with the tech who just provided it. Their autodraft payment function does not renew yearly so YOU must remember to call each year to restart that function. If you forget than your discounts will no longer be in effect. I have been with Terminix for many, many years and still am bothered by roaches. I am constantly being told be terminix that it's just not possible to eliminate that problem in Montgomery, Al if your home is surrounded by trees. So I put out sticky traps and boric acid tablets despite me paying $328 annually for pest control service. I would equate this business to the feeling you have with your local cable provider. Not a warm fuzzy.
