If you like to feel frustrated then the USPS office on Catoma is the place for you. stopped in to order my mail key on Monday, was told it would be ready Wednesday, attempted to pick it up on Wednesday and I was told it wouldn't be ready ''till the following Monday. Seven days without access to my mail and I am the one that has to jump through hoops to get this resolved. I understand why USPS is in the shape it's in.

Sorry that I can't leave NO STARS. My packages get to MONTGOMERY and never seen again. That place is a mess!!

Good luck getting your packages. This will make the 3rd time that I didn't receive mind. It's really sad.

I live in Valley, AL 36854



On more than one occasion, I have been expecting packages via USPS.

The packages are addressed correctly to 36854.

They get routed by 36119 to Dadeville, AL 36853 instead of Valley, AL 36854



I have repeatedly tried to contact someone at USPS to find out why this keeps happening.

THERE IS NO ONE AT USPS THAT KNOWS OR CARES !!!!!
