We used this service one time, and will never go back. We brought our children in for suspected sinus and ear infections. The doctor looked at one of my kids for 5 minutes and diagnosed them both with sinus infections. My second child never even got looked at. One month later, I was billed for two visits. I contacted the office manager, who assured me that the bill would be removed. Four months later, I received a new bill with the full balance. Called again, and there was no record of my previous call, and the office mananger had been fired. Getting ahold of the current office manager is a task in itself. She is alway to busy to talk. What horrible customer service, and borderline sham. Do Not Go here. You have so many other reputable choices in the area.
