Long Beach Elementary School is owned and operated by the Oswego Community Schools. The elementary school serves more than 600 students in grades kindergarten through five. It offers a wide array of subjects, including math, English, science and social studies. Located in Montgomery, Ill., the school serves hot lunch facility to students as it has signed an agreement with the Department of Education to participate in the National School Lunch Program. Long Beach Elementary School has a library that houses general reference material, magazines, dictionaries, biographies and atlases. The school s child care program provides a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment. Its extracurricular activities include arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor recreation and quiet time.
