I was stranded with my Husband and two kids . The gentleman that arrived to assist didn't have the special tool to remove our lugnuts that we were missing . He made many calls trying to locate one , he even called his wife to bring their personal car to the site , to try his own tool. We had had full coverage with our insurance for over 15 years , only to find out that didn't include roadside service, On the spot I had to debit $85 to my insurance to get them to help get us assistance. When tire guy couldn't help Change the tire , he called my insurance , who wanted yet an additional $135 from me on the spot for him to tow us home . He was as flabbergasted as I was . He offered to tow us home for $75 if we wanted to pay him , not using our insurance . He went to get the tow truck and promised to be right back . His wife stayed on site with us until he returned . He offered to let our kids sit in his truck with a/c . I was so impressed with this company and the employee and his wife .
I failed to get their names , but I am forever grateful with their compassion and professionalism . Highly recommend this company!
