I am rarely moved to post any sort of review of bad experiences because everyone has bad days; however, for the owner of a company -- who prides himself and his business on "providing quality support and service" to his clients -- to be as blatantly rude and churlish as Larry Kohn was over the phone leads me to believe that I had my retirement accounts in the wrong place for several years.



Customer service has already suffered tremendously over the last 10 years but when it comes to money matters consumers just flat out shouldn't tolerate it. From the time I had Mr. Kohn on the phone with my questions until the time we ended our call I felt like a child being reprimanded. No one whom I've kept in my employ has ever talked to me the way that Mr. Kohn did and I can't believe any business with him in it is still going.
