Great customer service. Knowlegable staff always answers my questions. Always treated fair. Very nice pawn shop.

Prices are very fair, and the employees are very nice and respectful. Answered all my questions about how the loan's work, and helped me out a lot. Will definitely be a return customer.

Went in with 20oz of 20kt gold and was offered $250.00. I said no, he asked what i was looking to get and I said 400 which leaves room for making a profit and was turned down with a smirk as if I were nuts when in fact these people are a joke. I sold it on Ebay for $575.00. I saw a blu ray that is brand new at walmart for 15 priced at 39.99 and the cover looked like a dog chewed it. They both just looked at me, and did not stop looking at me either. It was as if they were counting my individual hairs on my head. Just a friggin hole in the wall with insulting offers. Now I know why my friend Nate told me to stay outta here. Wow

The owners a joke and I have paid over 5k to get a friends jewelry out of pawn only to get insulted when I asked for a weight on some gold I wanted to scrap. He couldn't do me the courtesy of weighing it and to be honest, he's a judgmental, opinionated, and disrespectful individual. I treat my customers like royalty, even ones that aren't yet which leads to business later. Guys a joke, don't pawn anything unless it's a low loan amount you can afford to pay a huge percentage to get it back. Overpriced shelf items etc. It's a desperate measure stop only. Use the other guys or look up buyers on your local apps who don't have caps that buy and sell. Ridiculous! 10 minutes of research you can find buyers that'll pay fair prices.

Always friendly and fair,best pawn shop in Montgomery county.This is the only pawn shop that I will do business with.

can,t ever remember owners name. but yes he is a great guy. talked to a justin today ask him owners name,he did no no and would not ask andy (his mgr.) his name for me. i have done lots of bussiness there and i love it. but justin honey if there is not a hit out on him i feel he is safe from his devoted customers. glynna mahon look me up.if your gonna be in customer service,i,m 60years old 40 in customer service. i could be wrong make us just call back and you don't know.but there are ways to get around just saying i can't tell you. good luck .BUT THE BEST SHOP I KNOW OF!!!!!

A pawn shop with no service even though there are two people behind the counter. They just look at you???? They look at you like a deer does in headlights! That's fine there are dozens of other pawn shops I'll just buy from another store. Glad I was just trying to buy and not sell my stuff....they probably wouldn't have known how to react!
