DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! They have absolutely no concept of customer service whatsoever. Took a quilted blanket in to them for cleaning because it was too big to fit in my washer. Took it in at lunch time on a Friday. I should have suspected something was wrong when they told me it wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday after 5:00PM. I went back after 5:00PM on the Wednesday only to find that they had not done anything with it. After hunting for my quilt for the better part of 10 minutes, they finally found it near the bottom of a large shopping cart full of large quilts. Their excuse was that they had so many of them to do that they hadn't been able to get to it yet. They told me to come back the next day after 5:00PM.



When you walk in this place you can see immediately that it is not kept particularly clean or tidy. There frequently clothes strewn all over the place. It is a wonder they can keep track of anything. I will not make the mistake of trusting them with anything of mine again and you should not either!
