Provided by YP.comI just had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. I was part of a party of 8 for dinner. Everything was fine until our food was served. At that time our waitress, who was absolutely fine throughout the evening, advised me that my rib eye would be right out. She served my steak fries and everyone else was served their complete meal. She came back several minutes later and apologized and told me that the cook didn't see my order on the ticket. This seemed a little odd because he obviously saw my side dish because it was served when everyone else got their food. She left and came back several minutes later. I had ordered the steak medium rare and it was barely cooked. When she brought the steak one of the other members of our party had to send her grilled salmon back because it was practically raw. Throughout this time we started wondering where the manager was because it would have been appropriate if someone beside our waitress acknowledged the problem. The manager, Cassidy, finally came by the table and was immediately defensive about the situation stating emphatically that it wasn't more than 2 minutes after everyone else got their food that my steak was brought to the table. The rest of my party was incredulous because 3 of them had finished their entire meal by the time my steak was served. When they pointed this out to Cassidy she became rude, offensive and argumentative. In an effort to end this situation that was only deteriorating I asked Cassidy to provide me with her boss' name and contact information. She still persisted in arguing and, from a customer service perspective, embarrassed herself and the restaurant she works for. She finally stalked off. About 10 minutes later she came back and told us that the owner/manager was a woman named Hillary. She said that she spoke with her and was told by Hillary that she should tell us that Hillary was in the middle of dinner and couldn't talk with us tonight. She said if we left complete contact information she would contact us first thing in the morning. Cassidy then went on another rant trying to claim that we yelled at her. This is factually incorrect. Throughout this unfortunate episode the only voice that was raised was hers. Whether the owner contacts me or not is immaterial. The fact that they hire individuals like Cassidy is a sure indication that they will soon be out of business. Small loss to the community

Provided by YP.comThese folks need to remove the words "Steak House" from their sign. My husband order a $24.99 ribeye and we are still trying to decide what cut of meat he was served. To not make a scene I quietly pulled our sweet little waitress aside to tell her how bad the steak was he was served. A young man interrupted me and started to tell me in a very loud and argumentative manner that the steaks were great. I chose to not continue to attempt to communicate with this unprofessional young man who was "left" in charge. One day he may learn to treat the customers he has with respect and he may have a chance of keeping them...as we will not be back and we will share this experience with many...one of the first rules of business...young man. We were not just out in the area and stopped to eat at this "steak house" but are building a new lake home right down the road and this could have been one of our new spots.

Provided by YP.comI went there today for the first time. The sign says Steak House. The menu states aged 21 days. I ordered the 14 oz. ribeye for $24.99. The most expensive steak they have. I have always seen ribeyes as 12 oz or 16 oz. Never 10 oz and 14 oz. I got my steak..it wasn't a Ribeye..looked like a sirloin and had stringy muscle like a grass fed dairy calf. No marbling and was tough enough to resoul your boot. What's a shame, I have had better meat at the Golden Corral and that is a long way from being a Steak House. My wife complained to the young manager who we found out is the owner's son. He claimed his steaks were good. I couldn't chew mine. Will me great place for a honky tonk when the restaurant fails again as before.I can't wait to see the doors close again. I won't go back and I will tell my friends not to waste their money or time.

Provided by YP.comWe will never go back!! We went in on a Friday around 3PM before the big dinner crowd. There were only 2 other couples there. It took a very long time for us to get our food & there was a very small portion of COLD mashed potatoes. Also a very small portion of okra. The chicken fried steak was very small & thin.
