I have been using there express drop off for some years now. On May the 20th I dropped off a bag of clothes. In this bag of clothes was a new, only worn once, sport coat that I planned on wearing to a wedding on Saturday that was out of town. I picked up my clothes on Saturday morning and headed out. When I got to my destination no coat. I got back in town on Wednesday and went by the location on Thursday on my way to work. I stopped to pick up my coat. The girl behind the counter looked up the order and said there was no coat in the order. I told her that I had already verified that the coat was not in my house and that it was placed in the bag that I dropped off. She searched the system to see if a coat had been entered into the wrong persons account. I was then told by the rude girl at the front that I was either lying or mistaken. I am still waiting on a call from the manager and hope to get this resolved. I just want my coat back or a replacement.
