We invest in vacation real estate for small investors..!! That would not have an opportunity to buy a vacation house or condo in a great location like ( Beachfront Houses, Mountain Chalet, Lakefront Homes and more...!! ) Our strength is in our numbers that allows us to buy the vacation properties. As you invest and grow with us and your family grows. You'll always have a place to take them to make great memories and you can't buy memories, you have to make them!!! Each month, you pay your affordable membership dues and continue to pay for 10 years. With that money we will buy 10 or more vacation properties per year for 10 years. After the completed purchase of each vacation property, we will have a drawing for a 1 week vacation for a member. The drawings will continue, 1 drawing each month per vacation property purchased. At the end of 10 years, when we hit 100 or more properties, every member will have a 1 week vacation!
