Provided by YP.comRented a house from Advantage Asset Management from August 2010 to August 2011. Had constant mechanical issues with house, gecko feces smell in upstairs bathroom that wouldn't go away (the whole year - my kids just stopped using the bathroom), and constant A/C problems in the middle of the 100+ degrees Houston summer.
Attempting to resolve the A/C issues with the company owner resulted in harassing, condescending emails from the conceited owner, who treated my family and I like second-class citizens, and terminated our lease.
I have never dealt with such a ridiculously pompous landlord, and will never again, as we have since purchased a property. I will never deal with Eric Yeargain or his rental or real estate businesses. He is unprofessional and undeserving of anyone's business.
We paid $1795 rent with the expectation of an "executive" golf course house that "commanded" $1795 per month, according to Yeargain. What we got was a house that had a ton of issues and was very poorly managed.
I only wish the property owners knew how this guy runs his company.
There are a ton of property management company options in Texas. I recommend, whether you are leasing or seeking to lease out your house, you find another.

Provided by YP.comSame expereince as other reviews. Debi is an incompentant liar who doesn't understand basic business while firing up her bully husband who doesn't hold her accountable. They are not only unethical but they disregards written contracts. STEER CLEAR OF THIS GROUP! Wish I had put more weight on previous reviews, I wouldn't be going to court to get what is rightfully mine and due to me per our contract. There are too many other choices of good Realtors in the area. Why risk it?

Provided by YP.comPoor communication. Doesn't read and abide by management contract. When confronted with issue responds with whining and excuses. Cancelled managment contract. Would not do business again.
