Today I walked in the bank to get change for a $100 bill. The teller was not only unfriendly but also dismissive stating that I can’t get change because I’m not a bank customer. That’s understandable but why not use that opportunity to suggest opening a account with them. Customer Service is subpar to say the least and I could have easily opened a account since this location is in close proximity to my place of employment. With that said I’m trusted with substantial amounts of money that could have been sitting collecting nominal interest with the possibility of additional services. Train your staff to do better unless you don’t need the business and don’t mind customer telling their friends and associates that your customer service is subpar.
