Absolutely horrible. I went in for a DOT physical. I was told the physician who was certified to perform the physical was there that day, but he was not. The medical assistants did the medical screening and checked my blood pressure with an automatic machine. The reading came up high. After a lengthy wait, a NON-DOT CERTIFIED physician stumbled into the room and said the blood pressure is high, take a prescription medication for a few days, then come back the following week to have it rechecked. I obliged.



I came back the following week and the doctor was no where to be found. The medical assist again checked my blood pressure with the same machine as previously. The blood pressure was almost exactly the same, if not a bit higher. The staff then decided to check the blood pressure manually. They discovered that it was actually perfectly normal...over 30 mmHg lower than the automatic machine read.



Based on that, it can be safely assumed that the automatic blood pressure machine was grossly inaccurate on both visits and the prescription medication was both unnecessary and inappropriate. This would have been discovered on the first visit if the blood pressure had been verified manually as is required by law.



When I spoke with the medical director regarding my concerns, he tried to lie to me and say the blood pressure always fluctuates but that much. I then explained to him that I have extensive medical experience and he changed his tune and simply stated he would cancel my DOT certification and refused to refund my money. He was obviously only interested in keeping his money and could not have cared less about what is best for the patient.

No bed side manner what so ever there, staff was so unorganized and unprofessional and were arguing among themselves cause the doctor was telling a staff member to get a certain IV started on a patient and eventually grabbed it himself and it was a needle (syringe) not an IV. So the staff member was all angry at the doctor for calling it an IV witch is understandable. So it took no lie 1 and a half hours to be seen. Then they urine tested me and it came up with THC, MDMA, PCP, OXYCODONE, BENZO's, and two other's i never heard of lol!! I was raising my voice by then and said they absolutely need to re do it!! the lady didn't wait long enough for the test to read properly and corrected it. That would have been in my file forever. I was so nerve racked. So finally the doctor saw me and it lasted 3 min no lie, no hand shake no nothing. That place scares me for real, they could give you something in an emergency situation that could kill you, I could see that happening

FIND ANOTHER URGENT CARE! I WILL NEVER Doctors were nice enough, but their billing and administration is a complete DISASTER. I will advise all of my PA family and friends from ever visiting any of their offices. While visiting my in-laws in Blue Bell, I brought two sick kids to their office. I was receiving bills for both kids for months. Because I couldn't get a call back from them, I called my insurance company to ask if a claim was ever filed. SURPRISE it was never filed. When I called their billing, it was either an answering machine or the inbox was full! When I finally got through to billing, their response was "oh we didn't have the policy number". Having all of my contact information it would have been very easy to pick up the phone and ASK. My son's bill was settled and after receiving additional bills for my daughter for services rendered the same day, I called my insurance company to find out if a claim was ever submitted. Of course NO claim was submitted, although the policy information for my kids are identical. Very disappointing and time consuming. I found their billing department to be non-receptive and unprofessional.

I also plan to file with BBB and post comments on forum that request input on their services.

SCAM! RIP OFF! Do not go here! This doctor is a rip off. He advertised school sports physicals for $25. I talked with him to make sure he would not bill insurance and the total bill for the sports physical would be $25. He first acted like he could not speak english (he is indian) and after asking him 3 separate times, he suddenly became better at speaking english and guaranteed the physical would cost only $25 and my insurance would not be billed for anything. He told me he wanted me to write down my insurance information anyway to have on file so I did, and after an entire year went by, he sent a claim into my insurance company for $349. They did not pay it because of course he was not my son's primary doctor and now he keeps sending me bills trying to get the money. I reported him to my insurance company. They said he is lying about what the visit was for. He is telling the insurance company it was emergency treatment, which is a complete lie. When I called their billing office they answered the phone the first time and outright lied to me (maybe the person on the phone was only reading what the dr has put in his notes) but she also told me her pc crashed and she would have to call me back. I have been trying to call them for over 7 months now to find out what they have to say for themselves and no one answers the phone. I am currently in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau and my insurance company spoke with them and will never take any of their claims again and they still have the nerve to keep sending me bills and sending it to a collection agency. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAMMER

I couldn't help but read "JustGoogleIt's " ridiculous commentary, and I have been going to AUC Montgomeryville since they opened. Drs. E and C as I will affectionately call them are the nicest doctors. They treated me with respect even though I am a big baby. Everytime I go there, I am seen promptly. I have received injections there, and they use a cold spray so that you don't even feel. I was treated for an ankle sprain, and the doc put an aircast on me after giving me a local injection. I went from a pain score of 10 to one of only 2. By the day's end, I was feeling great. This place is urgent care, not an mergency department, but it is just as effective. --BSCHWARTZ

this is the perfect place to go, when you dont want to wait long in the ER. let me tell you the first time i walked in i was greeted with a warm smile. the front desk was very polite. they answered my questions very respectfull. the Doctor was great he was very caring . I so recommend this clinic to everyone...

I am an employee with Advanced Urgent Care in Montgomeryville. I enjoy working with patients and assisting our doctors in taking care of everyone. Our doctors are very gentle, kind and caring and I am also.

from the phone call inquiring hours and fees ...to the time we walked out the door... nothing but caring, professional people.. would highly recommend to anyone needing quality care at a decent cost...GREAT JOB!

I just called to inquire about the services this urgent care center provides as well as the fees. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and inpatient with me. No thank....I'll go to one of the pharmacy clinics in the area then deal with someone who has no skills dealing with sick patients.

Dr. John Crews did a great job of taking care of my granddaughter. He is so kind and considerate. I found him to be very knowledgable about the disease process. It is nice to see a doctor with excellent bedside manner. I'm a retired physician, and was impressed.
