I had a very particular problem with a special piece of jewelry. I called and made an appt with a beautiful woman named Beth! Just so happened that my name is Beth as well which made for a very comfortable meeting. I have to say that she was so lovely. I couldn't believe it. Its not everyday that you meet such a knowing and kind person .She didn't rush me or push for our time to go faster even though she was quite busy. She listened to my questions and told me everything that had to be done to help me.. She gave me such support and generosity ! I can honestly say I've never gotten such care and honesty. Beth told me what to do and I did it. This turned out to be extremely helpful to me in so many ways. If not for me meeting her I would never had a resolution to my problem, which she solved in a few days. I followed up and called her to tell her what I did and she was soooo very happy for me! She wanted nothing for herself in return ,asked me for nothing. She is the kind of woman you would want as a friend! I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. If you get a chance, make an appt to see her with any issue you may have. She won't let you down. YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY...not just for what you buy or sell or own, but because you will have met a wonderful and lovely woman, She will make your day or week! Trust me! Thank you Dear Beth! Thursday I went to mark jewelers hoping I could find an engagement ring for my girlfriend of 5 years. When I got there everyone greeted me and the store was beautiful. Priscilla communicated along with me on what I wanted , and within 10 minutes my request was found. I was so shocked on how beautiful it was I thanked her so much. She is a great associate and a truly kind person. Thank you Priscilla !

Recently had a terrific experience with Marks Jewelers. Their staff is truly top-notch and professional. I had to have my 30 year old diamond engagement ring and wedding band re-sized. The engagement ring also had to have two prongs replaced. Since the ring was already at Mark's, I also had it appraised. The sales assistant (Beth B.) was extremely professionally and knowledgeable with her recommendations for my rings. She spent a great deal of time assisting me and offering her professional expertise. When I picked up my rings, they looked absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Marks Jewelers and will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I went in and bought a couple expensive pieces of jewelry looking to start a relationship with the newly expanded Marks. They never told me that just a few days later I could have bought the same pieces for 20% less. Clearly they were thinking short term sale vs long term relationship

Purchased our wedding rings at Marks. Worked with David Mazer and his service was SUPERB! We were greeted at the door, taken to the area of interest and David was assigned to help us. He listened to what we wanted, interjected his expert knowledge without being pushy at all or trying to steer us into a direction we were not interested in. Quality store, quality staff, cannot say enough! And the prices are reasonable! Highly recommend a visit for any jewelry purchase you are considering.
