I have used NTB for oil change and tire rotation as it is convenient to my office. Today they quoted me a price of $1600 for a repair to my car. Before spending that kind of money, I contacted 3 other local mechanics to get prices. The other quotes were nearly half the price NTB was asking. They all broke out parts and labor just as NTB did. The cost of the parts was LESS THAN HALF the quoted price of NTB's parts. I went back to them to express my dissatisfaction and they simply brushed it off claiming they provide higher quality parts. I feel as though I have been ripped off for services I've had done by them in the past and I have no intention of going back again. Always do your research before spending the money!

I hate to give then one quarter of a star let alone 1. To start the customer care is non-existent. I needed a replaced tire on Wednesday and I took it in on that day. They had to order a tire, for which they had set a deadline of about 2 days to arrive. In reality it came in 6 days. When I finally thought this mess was over, I arrived to finally pick up my car when they told me only after my car had sat for 6 days that I would need to replace the rims for which they set another 2 day deadline that they missed by 3 days.

All in all the worst service I've received from any sort of service anywhere. Oh, and I am still waiting for my car.
