They keep changing the billing procedures. Then they threaten to cut you off with late and current bill. When you confront them the office staff sandy plays dumb stating it is pat that forcea the issue. Then when you look for the bill on the 9th, then they switch the bill date to the 24th. When you leave a message that you are not going to pay a late fee, sandy calls with by that 1950s tone stating I need to call her back to explain the process to me.
