Polo Custom Products, formerly Polo-Plastics, is a custom manufacturer that specializes in radio frequency sealing and industrial sewing of soft-sided carrying cases, pouches, bags, covers, holsters and strap assemblies. Products are constructed from vinyls, nylons, aramids, urethanes, Teflon, leather and other flexible materials. The company was founded in 1947, and supplies products to several OEM markets that include medical, safety, outdoor and industrial. Polo Custom Products is ISO 9001:2000 certified and takes ideas through the design, material, sampling and manufacturing stages to the finished product. Polo Plastics established a manufacturing facility in Monticello, Iowa in 1969.
