Welcome to Pies By Inge Hi, My name is Tracy Bodine, owner of Pies by Inge. I have owned the business since 2009 and in 2016, took over as a sole proprietorship. My family and I have lived in Monticello since 1995. My husband, Darren and I, have 5 children, Hannah, Luke, Owen, Ava, and Eliza. The two youngest were adopted from Ethiopia in 2010. We make everything fresh from scratch in small batches using only the finest ingredients. We bake the old-fashioned way without the use of preservatives or stabilizers so our desserts are meant to be enjoyed fresh from the oven. Two days' notice is appreciated for most orders.
