This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have the prepaid electric option and they are charging me 30 plus a day. That's over 200 for 7 days. Who wants to pay that much a month and still freeze. We need another electric company option desperately.

The only reason I gave this a 1star is because I couldn't post without a rating. I was originally not going to give any stars. If there was another electric company in my area I would definitely switch. SKRECC's moto is "For people, not profit" then why does my bill continue to sky rocket each month, knowing I am not doing anything differently than the month before. My bill this month says 545$, I called and asked them about it, and they said "Oh, we see the problem. They charged you for 44 days of service." I mean seriously, come on! They can't even get their billing cycle right. And for a month and a half my bill is this much? My last months bill was less than half of what they are charging me for a month and a half this month. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place.
