We ordered a palomino solaire from this camping world through our salesman Apples in March. First, he told us it would be a few months before it would be ready. Then he talked to his manager and all of the sudden they had one on order that was supposed to be going to the line in 6 days. We thought, awesome and the great news was, we could modify it how we wanted. He even called his forest river rep to confirm(unless he was lying about that too). We add what we want and he says the msrp was 40 some thousand dollars. We tell him that’s way more than we were going to pay. He asks for our price, we tell him $36,000 out the door. He writes it down, has us sign so he has a deal if the manager approves it. He goes to speak to the manager and several minutes later comes back says it was approved and will be ready mid may. Beginning of may comes, apples says it will be mid June but we would have it by the Fourth of July. Next update was not until August because they were missing parts. At this point Apples knew we would not be happy and he suggested we could buy one of the other 3 campers of our make/model that camping world has on their lots and buy that for now. We decide on one, buy it for $1500 more than the one we ordered with less features but still want to buy our original when it’s done. Next update is ours won’t be ready until September. At this point, it has become a joke at our house. 2 or 3 weeks ago we get a call that it’s coming off the line and we will have it soon. We call and talk to apples and he says the price went up. My husband says what about our signed deal? Apples says it said the price could change. We say not on the paperwork we signed. Apparently on the back of their purchase agreement, their is fine print that says the price can change. What we signed was not the purchase agreement. We signed a deal that says $36,000 and nothing about the price could change. Camping world will not honor the deal we signed with them. They are liars, go elsewhere

Love that it is dog friendly...left our motor home for warranty work. Travis was very helpful. Parking was crowded but it's new and I think they are getting organized

We had been looking at getting a camper for awhile and happened to run across Camping World online. We took a trip to check it out today and it was the best experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful - Kyle Hardy is amazing to work with and so personable yet knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us multiple options and information without any sales pressure. We found the camper we wanted and Kyle was able to get us completely taken care of in less than 30 minutes. He also knew we were in the market for a truck as well, and got a coworker who had a reliable contact at a local dealership to give us a great recommendation. The store has a huge selection of quality camping products, accessories, and campers, and is very reasonably priced. The staff are so great to work with - especially Kyle Hardy, Tylor, and Pete - and go above and beyond for their customers. We highly HIGHLY recommend this business!

We had a great experience with our sales guy the first time we visited. However when we returned to do paperwork and pick up our camper it was a nightmare. We had a 12 oclock appointment; when we asked for a second time "what the hold up was" at 12:20 we were taken to the customer lounge. Finally at 12:41 we were taken to an office for another 10 min wait. The finance guy was matter of fact and rushing through the paperwork and explanations. When we questioned the warranty and final number the guy became short making the rest of the process uncomfortable. This is our 4th time purchasing a camper and the worst experience we have had.

Stop at your store on New Years Eve about 1:00pm to look at 5th wheel trailers, Even tough your store was closing at 2:00 and let me also say it was cold outside 3 above zero only. Your sale person Kyle Hardy came out to show my wife Dee and me trailers. Poor guy was shivering before done. On Monday we came back and took a look at the trailer we were interested in Inside YOUR warm shop this time. Camping World made us a offer we couldn,t refuse. On the following Friday we want back to do paper work and walk threw. Shawn did a wonderful job nothing went undone. thank you Shawn. Then came Kevin in title and license again excellent job done. From Kyle,Shawn to Kevin everything was done professional thank you for the excellent service. Dee and Warren Olson
