While the comment below make serveral accurate points, the race of the employees are not an issue-even though it sounds like it's an issue to him. The place is full of unenthusiastic high school and Ju. Co. students and unprofessional management. It's a relatively new establishment and is in desperate need for new professional and respectable management. The food is decent, the place is clean, but the orders are largely incorrect and some employees are rude.

If I were able to give this restaurant negative stars... I most definitely would. The service is terrible. Every order I have ever placed has been wrong. The associates that wrk there act as though they could careless about wht it means to provide good customer service. This place needs to be shut down. Its a said but true fact. Guess that wht u get whn u have too many young minorities working in one location. Smh!! Worst mistake Monticello ever made was to put a McDonald here.
