Provided by YP.comWent in this morning to send a return. The lady at the desk seemed very annoyed that I had accidentally bent the tracking code on my package. She stated because of this, no one would be able to track it, even though all she had to do was punch in a few numbers. She made me feel like an idiot, was very rude and unprofessional. There was no need to act this way when you’re working with the public. An embarrassment to her profession. After I contacted the company I was sending it to, they literally laughed at her behavior and stated, they would receive it just fine. If you cannot treat your customers with respect, you shouldn’t be working in public service.
