New management has made this a go to spot!

Beautiful location! Amazing staff! All around amazing time!!!

1) During 2 week itinerary meeting was given invoice for wrong wedding
2) Went to pay invoice & site they take cards through was down. only payment accepted was cash/check
3) Arrived at rehearsal at 6pm to be told PA system not working. they'd known this from a wedding the previous week. scrambled to find PA and ended up paying dj 200 to bring one. Next morning after dj paid, was notified the PA now works. A day late &a monkey short..
4) Paid for linens for head table and received dirty ones. Weren't changed out &been fighting for a refund.
5)My mother opened door to room I paid $75 to get ready in & smelt extremely musty. Emailed lady in charge of weddings & she responded with "That is the room we use for all dressing space bridal parties. I'm sorry you feel it is musty and moldy. We have not had any water issues in that building. I believe we did walk through it before booking." When booked it did not smell & I was NOT about to leave my gown in there. see pics for water damage
