Simply put, the best pizza north of Brooklyn, NY. The second restaurant in Montpelier, the VT capital, may be easier to get to for anyone but a local, but the Plainfield location makes the superior product, perhaps due to differences in the water source. Either way, a satisfying meal. FOllow your pizza with a connoli when available, and you'll be singing Italian arias in no time!
