The Workforce Development Division, operated by Vermont Department of Labor, provides a variety of support services to various employers and job seekers . It maintains a network of resource centers and self-help resource rooms that include interview space, assistance with posting jobs and help with information on human resource issues. The division additionally administers VT Registered Apprenticeship , which is an employer-sponsored training program that includes both supervised work experience and related instruction. The Workforce Development Division also conducts a variety of training sessions for dislocated workers, youth and adults. In addition, the division provides a range of information on the labor market. Its other services include foreign labor certification and customized recruitment.
