I have tried several Dentist over the years and found this place to be the best. They are very patient and explain everything they are doing, only do what is needed never try to give you procedures you don't need. I have referred other friends and family members here and they all of had the same experience also.

Not the Dentist, Good the Business man!

I went to the office to check my teeth the other day. The guy dentist told me I had a few cavities. He gave me a quote. The last day of treating my cavities, he told me that I had another cavity to be treated. He added one more treatment from the first quote. I thought one more treatment was not big deal so I let him do that. But that's how my nightmare started. After the treatment, the tooth started hurting. The dentist told me that the tooth would be sensitive for cold stuff for next 2,3 days. After 2 weeks, the tooth still have been hurting whenever I ate cold and hot stuff. So, I made an appointment and visited at the office. The first thing he told me was I had another cavity to fix. That pissed me off cause he didn't even asked me what made me come to the office. I explained to him the reason I came to the office. He checked the tooth and told me " You need to take a nerve and put a crown. I said "Oh my god". He said "No worry, you have the good insurance to cover surgery. The other doctor told me that the tooth was closed to the nerve. So, I believe his treatment went too far and reach the nerve.

I should not have let him do the last treatment cause he touched the tooth which was not even hurting, I paid for the treatment which was not working, now I need a surgery to take the nerve which really really hurts and cost too much and I have to have a crown. I assumed all expense about the tooth will be around $1500 with insurance. It socks.

He is the great business man cause he keeps pointing new cavities and gets paid for the treatments.

I would not make a comment here if he explained everything before the treatment like " This tooth is closed to the nerve and the worse case scenario, I need a crown after surgery" I am thinking about the legal action.
