Loyal customer since 2000. Have been going to this facility since I got my first g-shock for battery replacement,really love how professional their employees are. they have my watch ready within 15-20 min just enough time to go grab a bite to eat.

Now I have 3 watches and when the battery runs out I know I can stop by any time and get an outstanding service every single time....

I bring my old watches for repairs or battery replacement. Very quick turn around and friendly service. Also, great selection of G-shock watches.

SIX MONTH NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent my Anne Klein watch in for repair. I called every week to find out when it would be done. It was always "we are waiting on a part" , or they didnt know anything about it. Even though I was usually talking to the same person. I was told every time that I could NOT speak to a manager/owner/ supervisor. I was told someone would call me. No one EVER DID!!!! I called Anne Klein, they said that Time Machine never ordered the part that they supposedly were waiting on. And when Anne Klein called to inquire, they were told by time machine that they only had my watch for a week and I was being difficult. I then emailed a scan of my delivery confirmation showing they received the watch 6 months prior. The only way I got my watch back was by having my lawyer send a letter threatening to sue them. AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO RETURN IT IN PIECES AND COMPLETELY UNREPAIRABLE. STAY AWAY, THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS RUNNING A BUSINESS...PUN INTENDED!

This place is the one spot to go for g-shocks. I sent in my GA-110 for repair and a new band. This guy named Abel helped me out n was very helpful as well very knowledge on Casio watches. I got my watch fixed in a well timely manner and customize which I didn't think I could do to my watch. I wouldn't hesitate sending my watch in for repair or just to customize it.

Don't ever go here. I would never give any business a bad review if they really didn't deserve it. They did not fix my expensive watch like they promised they would. They lost one of the markers in the watch (the number 1) and handed the watch to me without saying anything. When I pointed it out, they then said they'll see what they can do about it. Then days later, they put an unmatched "1" in there and lie again. Then, they raise their voice at me when I tell them that they are questioning my common sense are are lying about.



If they had just admitted to their mistake from the first place, I would have been okay with it. We all make mistakes, but don't lie to your customers and yell at them.



They are incapable of fixing watches and are unprofessional.



To The Time Machine, you owe me my watch with ALL the right markers in it.
