This dealership has very sleazy practices. First, they didn't tell us the price of the vehicle even though we asked a couple times, until we had test driven it and been there several hours. They kept telling us that they had to go talk to the manager and kept stalling, without even telling us a ballpark figure. Then, even though we told them that we already had a really good loan from our credit union (with no down payment), they told us they could beat our existing percentage rate. In the end, they offered us a percentage rate that was twice as much with money down. They actually hurt our credit score by running our credit again. We ended up being there for 5 hours, after it was too late to go to other dealerships that day.

Just was at the sale event, GOT A GREAT DEAL and everybody was so helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!I would go back anytime.......

scott in sales is helpfull. the service dept was good. but they add "premiums" to cars......prices are bad. stock is small.

They were so gun ho on making a sale I told them I needed to go check out my insurance. He took my info then showed me how cheap Geico would be. Then I told him to show me, he put all my info in and never put my ticket on there and Geico said I would have cheap incurance. So that was lie one. I then told them I want a day to think about it, seeing how it was my first big buy. The car was in my price range and I was told this deal wont last. He was very rude to me, and told me if I did not buy it today the price would go up. That was lie two. Because I went to Wester Slope in GJ the next week end and bought it from them for the same price and the guy was the best car sales man EVER. I recommend Western Slope in GJ. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MONTROSE FORD EVER.
