They know our business and do what they have to do to get our trucks back on the road, and are always going above and beyond to keep our business running smoothly. Kudos to Frank and his crew from Team Retrofoam!

Had our truck in for diagnosis on engine that they installed a few years ago. Dropped off on Tuesday night. On Monday still had not heard from them so I called to see what was going on. Was told "we will call you when we know something", I stated that I was just looking for a "timeline" and was told "since you are the expert, we will just pull it out of the garage and you can fix it yourself". I was in utter shock and thought he was kidding! I said "excuse me? Are you serious?" And he said "yes, you can come pick it up". This place was just awful. No communication, utter lack of respect, and the worst customer service ever! Beware, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
