I would never recommend this place to anyone. They don't call people back. If you can and are interested in a property they have, They tell you they are putting you on a list and they don't. I've called 6-7 times leaving a written message wth the "front desk" for 2 weeks straight. They didn't add me to a list or even have any information that I called. Do not use this realty company!!

These people buy all sorts of properties and dont take care of them all the are worried about is there appearance at their church. U try to sit down and talk to them concerning the problems you are having at the house or discuss making arrangements on rent or try getting any maintenance done they are no where to be found but god forbid u are one second late on your rent and they are shoved so far up ur nose u cant breath. Try talking to Sadie or Sarah or whatever she is going by this week and she refuses to talk to you so treats you like are lower then dirt underneath her shoes. I have lived in one of their apartments and it was always leaking form the roof it smelled of cat and dog urine u move in on top of the last persons dirt and mess because they dont hire any one to clean the apartments the "maintenance men" and i use that term very loosely is their tow truck or mechanic at the shop. they need to focus on the quality of their homes not the quantity. I guess when you own half the town your allowed to be stuck up and be a slum lord and because every one is so afraid of loosing their homes no one is wiling to stand up against this, I have always been hated in this town and I have no problem standing up and bringing these things to peoples attention.
