I took it as I had friends there and it was very close to my office. And, I like greenery inside. I do repent my decision. Never heard a single person move out happily from here, specially from Indian community.



Well, It's good if you ready to forgo at least $500 of your deposit. Rude and quarrelsome manager, lease office doesn't respond to your repeated email and phone unless you are perspective tenant. Everything goes on words which management forgets easily with their convenience.



They deduct from your deposit for each thing they provide for use citing that it's being used and need to be replaced for new (For them used is equal to damage). It is unlawful ...you are free to go ahead with law suite if you have time and money for it. I can guarantee you'll win!!
