Completely messed up the delivery leaving us waiting without showing up, then they said they sold the mattress and didn't have it and provided terrible customer service throughout the ordeal without fixing the problem. To top it off they wanted to charge a fee for cancelling due to them not having the product after wasting a full day and putting us through a huge hassle. Would never shop at this store again, they said these things happen often.
