The McBride/McLouths allowed their dogs to urinate all over the carpeting which necessitated having all the carpets removed, Kilz applied to the sub-flooring and then new carpeting installed. So, were they to get their security deposit back? No! It was used to replace the carpeting! The other tenants broke their lease agreement (Natural77) and walked away from the property leaving the house filthy. At no time did we delay any repairs but responded promptly to all their issues including removing sheetrock to get at a mouse that had died in the wall. They complained about everything which most turned out to be problems they had created! We've been more than fair with them but when they walked away from a legal and binding lease leaving the Landlord high and dry with trying to find a tenant in the winter, then no, they're not getting their deposits back. Actions have consequences and these particular tenants don't understand that!

Ultimate horrible experience as a renter - Vicky is 100% for the landlord. Does not let you talk, will not act on things in timely manner and does this all under a "Christian" business. If you are renting, I highly recommend you search out all options before you work with Dancing Star. Know that you will 1. Not get your full deposit back no matter what and 2. If things break in the house - you can expect a 1-2 month waiting period for the item to be fixed. If you are looking to sell or broker a house - then Dancing star will be great for you.

The same thing happened to me with this management co..She vicki kept me $2200...The worst prop manager i have ever seen or used!!!....Watch out for this real estate co.. Dancing Star is the WORST!!!!...

If you're a renter and the property manager is Dancing Star Realty make sure you cover all bases. The property mgr is good at taking pictures and giving you all of the fluff when renting to you and while you're a tenant, but as soon as you move out she doesn't abide by the agreement and do a detailed walk thru with you before turning in your keys. She does it with the owners of the property which the agreement is not between you and the owner, it's been you and Dancing Star. Once you've moved out, turned in your keys and waiting for your deposi,t she goes behind you and then takes pictures of missed items that the renter could have fixed possibly saving some or all your deposit. There were personal excuses to why she couldn't do a walk thru on property with the renter. If you rent and can bypass a property manage DO IT! I would not recommend Dancing Star as a realtor or property manager. Make sure you have everything documented while living there and keep emails and pictures.
