this is the manager who was working when marli was here. she brought a clothe back that had been picked up over 6 months. its been more than a half of a year so we didnt hold any responsibility however we offered a new repair service for free but she refused and asked for refund. so i told her its been picked up for long time and she didnt make any complaint before so i said refund cant be done. then she proceeded to threaten us by saying she is a group leader of a huge facebook group and she said she will write about this. i told her to go ahead and do it as long as you will state the facts. then she started screaming and swearing at me. i admit i did hit the counter because she started swearing at me and i definitely could handle the situation better but she swore at me first and i was asking "why are you swearing at me" and her response was "because shes a customer."



we did everything possible we couldve done for her and she refused our service and she's the one who started conflict here yet she's stating lies (which i asked her not to do). anyone who visited our store know that's not the case and we always try to resolve any conflicts with customers and offer the best customer service.



and i never said she was making anything up. i said i wasnt working here when she dropped it off and its been over 6 months (which are all true) but we offered a free repair service anyway which she refused.

Stay far, far away

They stink. Dry cleaning was not good. Tailoring of my husband's expensive business jacket was a nightmare. Lost a front button, finally found it days later after I brought it to their attention and did a horrible, shoddy job lengthening the sleeves, buttons were almost falling off. Brought it back to fix. Still not good. Asked for a refund. No refund, rude, and the kid behind the counter lost his temper with me, slamming his first down on the counter while screaming. I grabbed my jacket and ran out of there. Worst experience I've ever had with an establishment. He even went as far as insinuating that I might have taken the jacket somewhere else and was making this all up about them ruining it. The nerve!

Terrible customer service. Ruined 2 pairs of paints and when I brought it to their attention they told me it was my fault. Also looks like they run their whole operation out of their basement. Would give them zero stars if I could. Needless to say I will NEVER use again.
